J&P Client: Focchi
Construction has commenced, paving the way for a mixed use development of 368,000 sq ft of office accommodation. Designed by Farrells, it is situated on a 2.5 acre site on the west side of Regents Park, significantly extending Regent's Place, already a successful 13 acre West End office campus.
This development will include 151 residential apartments, a community theatre and additional retail provision around a new public square. Practical completion is programmed for autumn 2009.
J&P supplied the project with T-Bolts and Jordahl channels, in both sled assemblies and standard short lengths. In connection with the client’s engineers, J&P worked on the selection and design of channel for the project, in order to develop solutions appropriate for the situation described.
