J&P Client: Joseph Gartners
Bow Bells House is undergoing fundamental redevelopment, in a joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation.
Demolition of the existing building is scheduled to be completed in early 2006 and then followed by the construction of a 200,000 sq ft building designed by David Walker and HOK.
The new building, which is scheduled for completion in 2007, will also be called Bow Bells House. It will comprise seven floors of offices with retail units on the ground floor.
J&P supplied the project with T-Bolts and Jordahl channels, in both sled assemblies and standard short lengths. In connection with the client’s engineers, J&P worked on the selection and design of channel for the project, in order to develop solutions appropriate for the situation described.
