Universal fixing with JORDAHL® JXA Anchor Channels - for supporting loads in all directions. Equipped with particularly powerful load-bearing serrations.
The JORDAHL® JXA Anchor Channel System can be used universally:
- As an anchor channel in the construction industry
- As a mounting channel in equipment building
- For static loads of 8 kN JXA W29/20, 12 kN JXA W38/23
- For dynamic loads with a swing range of 2 kN JXA W29/20 of 3 kN JXA W38/23
- Particularly suitable for fixings in lift construction.
- Free planning due to universal loading capability in all directions
- Lower weight than comparable conventional sections for equally high loadings.
- A range of bolts with high loading capacity at
small bolt diameters.
JORDAHL® JXA Anchor Channels are required when loads need to be carried along the length of the channel. In conjunction with JXD & JXH serrated bolts, a safe, close-fitting connection is formed. Previous limitations in the use of anchor channels in the longitudinal direction are overcome by these profiles.
As long as only concentric and transverse loadings are to be borne, then hammer head bolts of type JD, JUD and JH, JUH
can be used. For non-static loadings, JORDAHL® JXA Anchor Channels offer the highest dynamic load-bearing capability in their class.
The JORDAHL® JXA Anchor Channels are offered in two sections. We hold proven quality stock lengths (6m) and short pieces (150, 200, 250mm) in stock at all times. Specific lengths can be manufactured at short notice to meet customer requirements.
JORDAHL® JXA Anchor Channels are subject to quality control in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. They are made from steel to DIN EN 10025 in black steel or hot galvanized versions. |
