In the case of our Pfeifer Lifting Products all items are marked with manufacturer and load capacity which together with the unique colour coding system provides the ultimate ease of identification for all participants in the application development process, from the design office through to installation in the casting yard or on the construction site.
Bespoke customer or project driven systems can also be provided to suit specific requirements.
Is it important to have certification and traceability of all products purchased?
Samples of all products are batch tested to destruction as part of the manufacturing process. In the event of any problems with our products we have in-house laboratories at our disposal to carry out comprehensive material analysis, enabling us to quickly identify and report on the reason behind any problems.
Is it important for you to have the confidence that your suppliers operate at the cutting edge of design methodology?
Our product development teams are actively involved, in cooperation with authorities and the academic community, in the setting of the standards relating to the correct selection criteria for our products relative to application testing and data interpretation.
We are also working closely within this community to support the transition and implementation of the new Eurocodes.
